Jumping Back on the Horse

Official Start Time: 10:30 p.m.

We're half way through the month and its about time that I jump back on the horse. There's no sense in crying over spilled milk nor is there any logic in waiting for things to get better. If I want change, I'll have to work towards it. I need to engross myself in other social networks and remember to not infringe on their terms of service. The best method in my opinion would be to form strong connections with members of that social network and then ask them for help. People are more willing to help you when they know more about you. They see the act as an act kindness. Kindness that they know is appreciated. So there isn't much of a debate here. I just need to do it.

I'm getting started and organizing my thoughts on how to approach a better way of not only getting people to join the site but also join the site and help build the community. In the past I would add anyone interested in the website. Those who really cared about the site would visit it on a regular basis while those who could care less just moved on and didn't really give the site much attention. The members I've added recently do care about the site and are really starting to build on this community. My gratitude is owed to all of those who post pictures, leave comments, and visit the website on a daily basis. Their follow through is what will make this website successful and help us do great things in China.

Overall I have to remember that I need to work hard to meet the goals that I have set. I need to remember the incentive behind my goals and never forget the impact they can have if they become reality. With that I mind I need to start working more seriously towards my goals. I'm adding people to the site and building the community through group, photos, videos but I'm not really focusing on the big idea. I'm counting my eggs before they've hatched and I need to just the bull by the horns and confront the challenges that stand in my way.

Sincerely, Hector Guzman
