Megaman Axess had to be one of the best Anime cartoons. I watched the whole series when I was in middle school and have always been a Megaman fan in general. What I like most about Anime cartoons is the story line they're able to create especially when it comes down to tragic heroes. Additionally, the characters are well developed and as a viewer you're able to establish a connection with their everyday life and the adversities you face.
Megaman overall has some of the same features as you can see in the clip above. They've been around for 20 years doing all kinds of stuff: games, cartoons, etc. Additionally there are some other Animes like Yu Gi Oh and Big O that are pretty awesome but I think Megaman takes the cake as one of the best. Big O second and Yu Gi Oh just makes me cry for how random and weird its gotten.
