So, the creative spark is finally starting to ware off and descend back into the creative bowls of my mind. In the process, I've realized that there's a difference between being direct in your writing when trying to establish a point and being a douchebag. I realized that what I said was a bit douchy, but necessary.
In the 21st century, education should be treated with the utmost importance. Developing countries all over the world have realized that education is the key to success. That man has come to a point in his life where he is no longer struggling to survive as a hunter and gather but excelling as he redefines himself and the world around him.
I've come to realize that the change will probably not come around in my lifetime. However, it would be nice to see the first stones being set. Establishing the foundation for educational reform would be a nice lifetime goal and something I could see doing, but I know its gonna take a while. Damn immediate satisfaction.
For now, I'll just train. Runners run, swimmers swim, and I'll need to read, write, and expose myself to the works and fields that lay ahead; like all athletes do. Wish me luck.
